DiSaronno Recipes????!
Answers: Does anyone know any good recipes to make with DiSaronno?? I want to try mixing it with something but I'm not sure what.
Some good amaretto recipes made even better with disaronno:
Alabama Slammer: 1 oz. Southern Comfort
1 oz. Amaretto
1/2 oz. Sloe Gin
Splash of Orange Juice
Swirl ingredients together over ice and strain into a shot glass
You can also add more OJ and serve it as a tall drink
57 T-Bird with Florida Plates
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
1/2 oz. Amaretto
1/2 oz. Vodka
3 1/2 oz. Orange Juice
Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a tall glass, garnish with an orange and a cherry... can substitute the OJ for your fruit juice of choice...
Almond Joy:
1/2 oz. Brown Creme de Cacao (chocolate flavored liqueur)
1/2 oz. Amaretto
1/2 oz. Cream of Coconut (or Malibu, or Coco Lopez... something for the flavor)
1 1/2 oz. Cream
Shake over ice and strain into a cocktail glass
DiSaronno Sour: 1 oz. DiSaronno, 2 oz. Sour, shaken over ice and strained.
Bocci Ball: Pour 1 oz. Amaretto, 2 oz. OJ, over ice and fill glass with soda water.
My Mom mixes it in whipped cream. She also makes a bakes brie with it.
Try it with Pink lemonade, might look weird but it tastes good...
But disaronno is kinda expensive so you might as well drink it straight
I just saw another question on this. Apparently if you mix it with Coke, it tastes like dr. pepper.
