Pertaining to health, are black and milds worse or better than cigarretts?!

Question:

Pertaining to health, are black and milds worse or better than cigarretts?

Answers:
They have less nicotene so they are not as addictive as cigarettes. However, since they are larger and take longer to smoke than the average cigarette, I would think they would do more damage to lung tissue than a cigarette would.

They both put you at a high risk of getting lung cancer. Yellow smoke stained teeth and bad breath.
