I had too much to drink last night, and I want to go out again. What can I do to steady myself?!

Question: I know I shouldn't go out, normally I don't after a night like that. But tonite I feel like I just 'have' to go see who shows up at the club, and see if I can play very good pool, hopefully better than I did last night. lol Even though I started out good.
I've had a couple of beers, but my hands are still not steady. Any ideas?

Your blood sugar is out of whack. Make yourself eat something filling with protein, like a steak or burger....

Eat some food and drink just water before you go. In between beers (or after 2 or so) drink a glass a of water. If you have it take a multi vitamin before you go the b12 will help regulate the headache from the drinking later.

have fun

do a VERRY hard days work before you go out and take an asprin b4 u go out also!!!!

eat and drink plenty. take some aspirin, then go to sleep until you go out.

Try a couple of glasses of water.

I usually just keep drinking (though sometimes a good pace is hard to maintain)

Go out, just don't drink anymore alcohol.

Ever heard of alcohol poisoning? A 20 yo college student just died from that in Minnesota. She didn't get drunk. Just too much alcohol in her system without letting herself recoup from one day to the next.

Good grief. If your hands are shaking, you are well on your way to the morgue if you keep it up.

Not trying to be mean, just the voice of reason here, I hope.

Here's what you do.... pour a shot of tequilla, put some salsa and tabasco sauce in it, put it in the microwave for 20 seconds, take it out, poor some pepper in, down it.
