Answers: The opposite of "on the rocks", like when there isn't any ice?

straight, straight up

James beat me to it. Straight or straight up. Also called neat.

neat

Straight Up

ahhh yeah beat me to it, straight up. I am slow today.

you could really confuse your bartender, " i will have bourbon straight up on the rocks, with a twist, shaken not stirred."

straight up it is. Also it could mean frozen for Daiquirs and Margaritas.

Neat, unless you add a little water. Some people like scotch that way, Scotch..splash of water...no ice.

neat=not chilled, just in a glass
straight up or up=chilled on ice then strained

Naked
