Whatis the highest illegal blood point average for alcohol?!

Question:

Whatis the highest illegal blood point average for alcohol?

Answers:
Most states are .08. I saw in the news a few weeks ago a lady in Washington State got pulled over and had a .47. Before her .45 was the highest recorded. .47!!!!! How was she even awake?

depends on the state, but here in oklahoma .08 is drunk, and at .24 they take you to the emergency room

3.17

i think all states are different. on some show they said .o7

.08 in PA

The highest ILlegal point average? As high as you can get it, baby!

0.08%

i think rum is with 4,0

adults is .08
minors is .02 (anyone under the age of 21)

The average "legal limit" for somebody OVER the age of 21 is .08, which equates to about 3 drinks depending on the size of your body.

For a MINOR, anybody a single day under the age of 21, if you take a breathalizer test administered by a police officer, and blow anything above 0.00 you will go to jail and get an OUI with mandatory minimum 90 suspension of your driver's liscence. <--- This is true in 47 states that are known as "zero tolerance states"

So, to answer your question: 0.79 is the highest legal limit for a drinker that is of age, however, if you are under age and take literally one sip of beer/wine/alcohol and then get pulled over you are screwed.

Assuming you are of legal drining age .08 or above is illegal (in most states).

If you are under 21, it is as low as .02 (depending on your state).

100000000000000000000000000000...
for me im not sure about u J/P I think its 0.8%

Depends on each person, but death is usually the side effect, and you would need to check the blood point avg. of the person who died, figure the weight, height, and shape of the person, and maybe you could decide the highest point for people of that build, you would also have to figure in the level of alcohol tolerance, some people of the same weight and height have a lesser tolerance than others of equal size, you would need a heavy drinker who can handle alot of alcohol, and when they pass on from excess, this would be the time to figure the highest illegal blood point average.
If you just want the amt. the legal system has decided is illegal, or the highest blood alcohol level, See this table:
Table 10. Suggests the effects of alcohol at various BAC levels:

0.02% BAC Light drinkers feel some effect.
0.04% Most drinkers feel relaxed.
0.06% Increased relaxation, euphoria, judgment impaired.
0.08% Impaired coordination, drunk driving level in some states
0.10% Loss of reaction time and control, drunk driving level in most states.
0.12% Vomiting if reached quickly.
0.15% Loss of balance, swaying, staggering, slurring words.
0.30% Confusion, trouble standing, some will pass out.
0.40% Most pass out, some fall into a comma or die, danger of choking on vomit.
0.45% Breathing stops. Death.
