Most Holidays, but here are a list of some holidays usually associated with drinking:
-Mardi Gras (Day before Lent begins)
-St. Patrick's Day (March 17th)
-Super Bowl (I'll count that as a holiday....he, he) (usually in Jan/Feb)
-New Year's Eve (Dec. 31st)
-Halloween (Oct. 31st)
-4th of July

St. Patrick's Day (March 17) - celebrated at bars
Fourth of July/Independence Day (July 4th) - celebrated in backyards, parks and beaches
Labor Day (First Monday in September) - falls on the last week of summer before schools start, celebrated either at home drinking with a bbq or going on a long drive to a trip like vegas or the mountains. #1 Drunk driving incidents of the year so I try not to drive on that day. An American tradition for gas prices to 'mysteriously' spike Fri-Monday of that holiday.
In the United States of America each and every individual who is 21 years of age or greater can drink whenever and however they please, though they may not drive after they have done so without penalty.
There is also a specific Constitutional Amendment that guarantees the right of every citizen to consume, make and possess alcohol.
If you are of legal drinking age, any day, 24 / 7 is OK.
In most states the legal drinking age is 21 years old.
There is no "holiday" or other day when adults are "allowed" to consume alcoholic beverages.
We are free to chose when or if we drink alcohol. We are also responsible for arrivng at our jobs sober, and not to drink and drive, and not to become problem drinkers and become a drag on society.
Not everyone handles alcohol in a mature manner--but thats all part of freedom.
Most drinkers don't need an excuse like a holiday to drink.
That being said, most holidays are good excuses to drink. Starting with new years eve and new years day (12/31 and 1/1/) all the way to christmas (12/25). You have to be 21 years old to drink alcohol...that's the law. Many people choose to break that law...but the law does say 21.
Personally, I like to drink on any day that ends in the letter "Y" so that leaves SundaY, MondaY, TuesdaY, WednesdaY, ThursdaY, FridaY, and SaturdaY. Hmmm...

You have to be 21 in order buy alcohol. But there is no designated holiday for drinking. A lot of us tends to do it on weekends with friends no holiday needed. Mostly night clubs bars. But for girls we always have little get togethers at our houses and make our own drinks various recepies can be found on the web. If you go to a bar make sure you have a id you cant get drinks without it
