No, spirits in general do not have an expiration date. So long as nothing has gotten into it that could decompose, whiskies, vodkas, gins, and brandys could pretty much last forever and be drinkable...

In early December, there was an auction in NYC for a Macallan cask from 1924 that sold for $58,000. They opened the casks and bottled them there and then for the winner.
