give up the drinking ....even if you don't test positive you still will eventually make bad choices if you are drinking....not sure of your age but remember if you are a minor you are breaking the law which can lead to a high price to pay....sooner or later it will catch up!!!
There is only one kind of urine test and it tells what is in your urine. It will tell her all kinds of drugs you have taken, prescription or recreational. Along with any kinds of things you've smoked ect. Alchohol shouldn't show up as long as its not in your system for a few days before testing.
Depends if she is ONLY testing for weed, which is unlikely since home test test for more than that and if she is paying a lab they usually run for thc, alcohol, opiates and benzos all together for one rate. The latest test can detect alcohol for up to 5 days, so give it 6 and you are in the clear.

Depends on when the alcohol was consumed. The rate that alcohol is gotten out of the body is .015% per hour. If you are really drunk then it could take 12 or so hours to get it out of your system.
She needs blood to test for alcohol. And alcohol leaves the body in 36 hours.
