Strongest alcohol is neutral grain spirits, at 95% alcohol and above, but sane people don't drink that without mixing it with other stuff. Alcohol of that kind of purity kills body cells on contact, so I wouldn't advise you to try it even if you're desperate to get drunk. Beer gets you drunk pretty fast coz it's easy to drink. Cocktails too. If you don't notice the alcoholic aftertaste, you're more likely to get drunk before you realise it.

Jagermeister on an empty stomach. Vodka will work just as well. Drink a lot in a short amount of time. Remember, beer before liquor will make you sicker, liquor before beer you're in the clear. ;-)
Everclear is the strongest alcohol you can buy. It is 191 proof and is illegal in many states. One shot should just about get you drunk. I do not recommend drinking it though, as it is really a nasty product.
Tequila shots over 6 shots ..believe me you will see stars..and if you are real drunk..you will be on floor hanging on to the carpet LOL-

The quickest way to get drunk without puking is to "shotgun" a beer. To do this, you need to be either outside or in a tub. Get a pair of scissors or a knife, and stab a hole in the side of the beer can. From there place your mouth over said hole and pop the top of the can and chug away....don't you dare spill any ;)
Lets get drunk fast but safe. Lets make Caribou Lou's (bacardi 151, malibu, and pineapple juice). You could also jsut start taking some shots to the face, perferable 3 every hour until the new year!!! HAPPY DRINKING!!!
don't do what sweet said..mixing all types of liquor.. like the dark and the clear could land you in the hospital with alchol poisoning.. the best way to get drunk is to drink it fast.. don't matter how much liquor you put into your mix drink or how many beers.. do it on empty stomach.. and as fast as you can..if you can stomach it.. straight shots..
