what ever you do dont put it in boiling water it will break\ run it under cool water then leave it in the sink with slightly warm water . that should do it

Boil a pot of water. Place Bottle in the water. Make sure the water stays warm, but not super hot (could break the bottle)
put it in hot water in sink.
