If you have a blender, you should get vodka, kahlua and ice cream to make mudslides.
Here are a few of my favorites:
Amaretto mixed with coke
Cranberry juice, orange juice and vodka (or just cranberry juice with vodka)
Red Bull with vodka
Bloody Mary mix (or vegetable juice) with vodka
Crown Royal with a bit of butterschotts (as a shot, not a drink).
Also, not everyone likes mixed drinks, so you may want to pick up some champagne or wine maybe.

If you are not a drinker try making some things. Merge ginger and creme it will be lovely!
How about Mojito?! I am sure your guests will love it! It's smooth and very nice. But be careful, it can also get you really drunk if not careful. Sangria works well also and my favorite, just some Grey Goose and Cranberry juice.
I know with my friends we can never go wrong with Margaritas.
Or even just some Squirt (or Fresca) and tequila.

A margarita with Chambord is excellent. Use 1800 tequila or better and ad a half-shot to the drink. Very good and takes the edge off the rita without taking away the flavor.

One of my faves, its diff, and some may not like it:
-Incredible Hulk- Hennessy & Hypnotiq on ice. Cafeful though! It can bite you in the butt before you know it.
Also a winner, Absolut Citron with a splash of lemon drop mix, and 1/2 sugared glass.
-43 (quarenta y tres)- its a citrus flavored liquor, with Vodka (i pref Belvedere) or str8 on rocks!
-For the Wine drinkers (& on a budget, $11 at target or $10 at some Trader Joe's), Big Yellow Cab (Mendocino Wine Co.) Cab-Sauvingnon.

Vodka & cranberry juice. Easy. I love cranberry juice, I wish they had this drink when I used to drink!
I was at Target last night and I saw a little book called mixed drinks for dummies in the dollar section right by the front door. You may be able to go and pick one up for the night. It had alot of different ideas and ingrediants in it or just google mixed drink ingrediants or something to that nature and you should get a lot of ideas.... One drink I like a lot is pink panties.... Google that one it's GOOOOOOD! ( Sorry I can't remember the exact ingrediants.)
