Absolute vodka ..ever had it?!
I know absolute vodka gets you rat arsed (really pissed) so thats what I drink when I binge drink. (Dong start going on at me how binge drinking is bad because everyones done it probably at sometime and I only do it once a month when I have money!!)
Anyways ..I really hate the taste of it but I want to drink it just to get drunk. Do you know of anything strong that will cover up the flavour? (Ive tried the following and they DONT work ..coke..orange..tropical juice..lemonade..lucazade..)
Also what can you mix with plain smirn off red label vodka =D

I had absolut vodka with vanilla and i also had smirnoff vodka with a hint of raspberry and still can't drink neat.
I must admit i have gone of vodka and coke so don't mix it with that. I find vodka and lemonade nice and vodka and orange juice like you say they don't cover up. Maybe your putting too much vodka in?
Try vodka and red bull.. it gives you wings

Vodka and cranberry juice
for a while, I couldn't drink rum so I would mix vodka with pina colada and strawberry daquiri mix. you could also make caesars with vodka and it will make it easier to drink, as you get used to the taste you can increase the strength of the vodka you add to what you drink.
Perhaps I've been drinking too much, but I thought it was "Absolut".
Drink something you like - you'll still get pi55ed
Apple juice is what the polish use and it's lovely. Or Red Bull.

If you are drinking just to get totally plowed, don't drink vodka. Drink Everclear. Get the 190 proof if you can. (In some places you can only get the 151 proof).
190 proof is the highest concentration of alcohol that can be made (it's 95% alcohol). It's pretty nasty, but you can disguise the flavor pretty easily with a sweet juice or punch drink. You can also soak fruit in it and add that to your punch. It will knock you on your butt pretty quickly. It also, oddly, doesn't really give you much of a hangover.
I am not going to lecture you about binge drinking. Just please, please, please remember that vodka is usually around 80 proof, or 40% alcohol, and if you drink too much Everclear you can kill yourself from alcohol poisoning. Also, please don't drive. Drink it at home, and have someone stay with you so you have some help if you get really sick.
If you're set on vodka, just mix your drinks with less alcohol. You'll have to drink more to get drunk, but if you cannot stand the taste of the alcohol, that's the way to go. Besides, if you pick your mixer right, you'll have to drink so much of it that you'll stay relatively hydrated, which helps with hangovers.

(And by the way, the best thing to mix vodka with is something with some acid in it, like orange juice or lemonade--the acid is better at hiding the flavor than sugar from soda.)
firstly, just drink something you like the taste of.
failing that and you have this and wanna use it up try mixing it as part of citrus based cocktails, such as a tequila sunrise, the grenadine stops you tasting anything IMO

why just you buy a liquor that you think tastes good and that you can drink straight up

i'm notkeen on absolute, love blavod and many types of polish vods. drink a drink you like!!! i have standard vod with lime and lemonade but any fizzy works including flavoured fizzy waters!!
