How do you make a Constant Comment (alcoholic)?!


Question:

How do you make a Constant Comment (alcoholic)?

A bartender at this bar I used to go to would make shots called "Constant Comments" (They were made to taste like the tea). I know they contained Goldschlager and Blue Curacao, but I'm not sure what else. Does anyone have a recipe?

This drink contains absolutely no tea. It's only made of the stuff they have at a normal bar.
