well, it probably is alcohol wine, but sometimes they either burn out the alcohol (that's why the falming alaska is so cool; alcohol is flammable, but once the flame is out, the alcohol is removed) or they put so little into it that it won't matter.

There's a tiny amount of wine in that jar. It's mostly for flavor and will not affect you. Good stuff! Excellent accompanied by aquavit!
Yeah, there's gonna be a bit of alcohol in there. Same thing with spaghetti w/ white wine sauce. Tastes great ;)
