Which brand of beer has the least preservatives and chemicals ?!

Question: i notice i get hangovers from certain brands, recently i tried an italian beer called peroni on new years and have had not a trace of hangover even though i had several , i am senstive to alot of different chemicals and i am beggining to think there are additives in beer such as sulphites that are actually causing the problem and not hte beer itself. A true organic beer would be hard to find, but from experience do any of you know who has the cleanest most natural beers.

Any beer brewed in Germany - (you can get Becks most places..)

They have "Purity Laws" that forbid any chemical additives.

As you say Peroni is pretty good.

I agree with German Beer. The breweries that follow the traditional Purity Law are only allowed 4 ingredients: water, hops, barley, and yeast

My local grocery stores and Trader Joe's carries Spaten - a good German beer.

Typically, most types of beers do not contain sulfites or preservatives. If you are ultra sensitive, then it could even be how they purify their water, the chemicals that go on the hops (like fertilizers and pesticides), or even the variety of malt.

Good luck to you in your search. : )

german beer. now go get your drink on!!!

You can make it yourself. Then you control everything. You can make any style you want from any ingredients you want. It's really quite like cooking.
