How to make a Blue Hawaiian Mai Tai Margarita.?!

Question:

How to make a Blue Hawaiian Mai Tai Margarita.?

This was served at a Mexican restaurant in Hanford California.

Answers:
That's a very weird drink title. I know how to make a Blue Hawaiian, a Mai Tai, and a Margarita seperately, but all together just seem a little crazy. Let's look at some recipes.

Blue Hawaiian
* 1 oz Light rum
* 2 oz Pineapple juice
* 1 oz Blue Curacao
* 1 oz Cream of coconut
* 1 slice Pineapple
* 1 Cherry

Mai Tai
* 1 oz Light rum
* 1/2 oz Orgeat syrup
* 1/2 oz Triple sec
* 1 1/2 oz Sweet and sour
* 1 Cherry

Margarita
* 1 1/2 oz Tequila
* 1/2 oz Triple sec
* 1 oz Lime juice
* Salt

With all that information, this drink is looking to be pretty crazy. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say they just threw a bunch of crazy words in the title to make it "original". I bet your drink was something like this:

Blue Margarita recipe
1 1/2 oz tequila
1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1 oz lime juice
coarse salt

Or maybe we should just put all the three recipes together and make the drink true to it name:

Blue Hawaiian Mai Tai Margarita
* 1 oz Light rum
* 2 oz Pineapple juice
* 1 oz Blue Curacao
* 1 oz Cream of coconut
* 1 oz Light rum
* 1/2 oz Orgeat syrup
* 1/2 oz Triple sec
* 1 1/2 oz Sweet and sour
* 1 1/2 oz Tequila
* 1/2 oz Triple sec
* 1 oz Lime juice
* Salt
* 1 slice Pineapple
* 1 Cherry

Mix all the liquid ingredients. Rim the glass with the salt. Pour into a very large glass over ice cubes or blend with ice. Garnish with the cherry and the pineapple slice.

Warning: this final drink is totally made up by me and contains obscene amounts of liquor.
