Marlboro doesn't really manufacture rolling tobacco. I suggest Bugle Boy. It is by far the best rolling tobacco I've found.

I don't know for US but here in Greece Marlboro manufactures hand rolling tobacco, the only problem is that "Marlboro rolling..." has very bad quality and the taste is not close to regular Marlboro Red. So, you don't miss anythink!
Some good rolling tobaccos from Europe are: "Old Holborn","Craven","George Karelias & Sons"," Van Nelle"
