Mixing hard alcohol?!

Question:

Mixing hard alcohol?

Why do I hear that it is bad to not drink 2 different liquiors in one night. Can you drink whiskey and tequilla in the same nights?

Answers:
You can certainly drink as much and in as many combinations as you like. Please be aware, though, that alcohol poisoning is possible if you drink mass quantities of strong liquor.

The "mixing" wariness comes often from what you mix with the alcohol. If you drink many different styles of drink with heavy and/or sweet ingredients, you stand to have a much more terrible hangover. Also, if you stay with lighter colored alcohols, you generally will do better.

This is not to mean, though, that a person who has five vodka & soda's is going to be better off than another who drinks a scotch & seven and a shot of tequila.

Also, people who tend to do a lot of 'speciality' shots that contain sweetened and heavy liqueurs do not do well, and once again, it is because of the ingredients not necessarily from mixing different types of liquor.

Pace yourself, and try not to overdo the sweet or thick combinations. Also drinking a decent amount of water in between drinks or while drinking helps.

you can drink anything you want but watch out for the hangover...lol

you can drink as many different liquiors as u want it will probably make u throw up tho but other then a hangover u will be ok
