I love nice wine, but probably one of my recent favorites is certainly Croatian muscat wine called Bric Slatki Muscat. It was just wonderful. And then, I also love something stronger than wine, it's called rakija and we make it here in Serbia. It's made of plums and is really strong. When you make sljivovica (that's plum rakija or plum brandy), you can turn it into really nice liqueur by adding sugar and sour cherries and leaving it to stand like that for a few months. It's lovely. You can drink sljivovica on its own, or it makes a great base for adding sour cherries that I already mentioned or young walnuts. Apart from wine and rakija, I used to enjoy beer, but I drink it rarely now.

Lime Wedge
In a lowball, pour rum over cubed ice. Then pour Dr. Pepper. Stir, and garnish with lime wedge.

I drink just about anything but my favorite is red wine. There are so many types from all over the world that you are constantly exposed to different experiences. Combine it with a meal and the experience is totally different. Wine also makes for great conversation and it is a never ending learning process.... Cheers!!
