What is the best way to make sangria?!

Question:

What is the best way to make sangria?

Answers:
Any kind of Sangria can be made if you follow a few simple rules.....

1. One bottle of wine (can be any type of wine)

2. Fresh fruit (try to use stuff that's in season....in the summer I like to use a lot of berries)

3. 1/4 cup brandy

4. 1/4 cup triple sec

5. 1/4 cup fruit juice (can be orange, pineapple, mango, etc.)

6. 1/4 cup simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water heated until sugar is dissolved) You may or may not need this depending on how sweet your wine is.

7. Put your fruit in a pitcher and pour all the ingredients over it. Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours up to 24 hours to let the ingredients blend.

Experiment & Enjoy!

White:

1 bottle of pinot grigio
2 cups Fresca or 7 up
1 tbsp sugar
Sliced apples, organges, and pears

Red:

1 bottle or merlot
2 cups Fresca or 7 up
1 tbsp sugar
Sliced apples, organges, and pears

My favorite ones and more health-full are made with juice. Use two parts of juice for one part wine. Grape, apple or cranberry is perfect with white wine while orange and most tropical flavors go well with red. Never forget to add slices of fruits and ice cubes!

~~~~~~~~~~Sangria~~~~~INGREDIE...
1/2 cup brandy
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup frozen lemonade concentrate
1/3 cup orange juice
1 (750 milliliter) bottle dry red wine
1/2 cup triple sec
1 lemon, sliced into rounds
1 orange, sliced into rounds
1 lime, sliced into rounds
1/4 cup white sugar (optional)
8 maraschino cherries
2 cups carbonated water (optional)
DIRECTIONS
In a large pitcher or bowl, mix together the brandy, lemon juice, lemonade concentrate, orange juice, red wine, triple sec, and sugar. Float slices of lemon, orange and lime, and maraschino cherries in the mixture. Refrigerate overnight for best flavor. For a fizzy sangria, add club soda just before serving. You can use 7-Up or Ginger Ale instead of the water. You can also use Rum instead of Brandy or Peach Schnapps instead of Triple Sec. I hope you like this Recipe !!
our favourite ( & very quaffable) way is:
(amounts used depend on how many people you wanna make "happy"...)
soak some chopped fruit (apples, pineapple, orange, peach & grapes....or whatever you fancy) overnite in vodka.
in a container large enough for your party, add 1 third pouring red wine ; 1 third soda water & sprite/7 up ; & 1 third fruit punch (mixed)
for extra flavour & kick we add a few shots of white rum!
then add some of your soaked chopped fruit & dont forget the ice!
Enjoy! watch out...it sneaks up on ya! :-)
