Best hangover recipe.......OUCH....?!

Question: antacid tablets, plenty of water, and sleep

Answers: antacid tablets, plenty of water, and sleep

R AND R

Make sure to drink something with electrolytes in it. You're dehydrated, and this will help rehydrate you, and replenish some of the electrolytes you lose when you pee... or worse, barf.

The only other thing I can suggest is to simply get some sleep. Take an aspirin or two for the head ache, but get some sleep.

A little bit of toast (dry, not buttered) or some crackers may help too. It won't be too harsh on the stomach.

Yikes...I feel your pain! I find that scrambled eggs, chased by 2 Advil and a piece of toast really works. Wash it all down with a big glass of water, and I am usually ready to go again! (or, if it's really bad, that's enough to give me a peaceful nap!) lol! Happy New Year!

Pedialyte (the stuff that they give babies with diarrhea) It will help to hydrate you and give you some valuable nutrients!

be careful with pain killers! many of them can cause liver damage, and you shouldn't take them when there's alcohol in your system.

the best hangover recipe that me and my friends use after long nights are saltines and ginger tea with honey. then take a hot shower. the steam will help with your pounding headache. make sure to drink lots of water for the rest of the day, and don't rush to stand or move because you'll make your headache worse.

Something to hydrate you. Water, Gatorade. My favorite is OJ. I find that if I wake up in the middle of the night, 2 big glasses of OJ help out A LOT.

Breakfast helps me too. An omelette's w/toast, espresso and OJ.
