Answers: i would say the average person could drink 3 and just start to feel it. but it depends on the size, how much the persons ate.
It depends on the liver tolerance, if he doesnt have asian redness, if the person is he or she ( based on facts, females get drunk faster because they have less water in the body ), the height, and the weight.
In Wisconsin I would say 6 for a women and 12 for a man.
Everywhere I would say 3 for a lady and 6 for a man.

What is the size of the bottle? Here in Europe we have bottles with 0.2, 0.25, 0.33, 0.5, 0.75 and 1 L.
Also we have beer up to 8.5%.
For the reactivity : none
For the control: as they say, depending on weight, gender and so on, but I would add also habit and age of the person.
