What's the diference between agave and degave tequilla?!

Question:

What's the diference between agave and degave tequilla?

Answers:
No such critter as "degave" in the context that you're asking.

ALL Tequila is made from 100% agave in a specific region of Mexico...without exception. Anywhere else, or of any other source, it's not allowed to be called "Tequila."

Agave is the plant the tequila is fermented from. Never heard of degave.

Never heard of degave. Good Tequila must say agave on the label. Otherwise its cane alcohol with flavoring.

True tequila is made from 100% blue agave cactus grown in the tequila region of Mexico. Many tequilas are made from inferior cactus and not blue agave or contain only a smaller percentage of blue agave such as Jose Quervo. There is another variety of cactus known as degave also grown in mexico that is arguably as good if not better than blue agave. One of the premium tequilas "Cazadores" is made from degave. While it is an exceptional tequila purists do not consider it actual tequila.
