Can anyone help its about Wine?!
Answers: For christmas i have been give 2 bottles of wine which i dont really like is there anything i can add to make it more sweet ?
put pieces of a sweet fruit, like grapes or strawberries, in the glass and pour the wine over it. the sugars in the fruit sweeten it. it looks pretty, doesn't ruin the wine and u can eat the fruit afterwards!
Instead of ruining the wine, you could save it and re-gift it. Or you can always make sangria or a wine spritzer. You can find recipes at www.allrecipes.com.
Add 7-up and make your own wine coolers.
If they are white wine, then add either soda water or sprite / 7up to make a spritze..
If red then use them to cook with.. maybe make a red wine sauce for steaks or something. get the jamie oliver book out
If it's white wine chill it put some in a long glass and top with lemonade and enjoy. Red wine is okay that way but you might then prefer to use it in cooking or give to a friend - just holding my glass out cheers!

Mix it with fruit juice (half wine, half juice). You could also use lemon-lime soda.
As long as you mix it with a sweet drink, you'll be fine. The flavors should pair well, but you'd be surprised what works.
If it is Red Wine you can add some spices and fruit to it and heat it up and make it into a mulled wine - mmmmm really good on a cold night. Cheers just having a nice glass of red just now.
