Answers:
You have to have fresh mint!!! If you have time make simple sypur [equal part of sugar and water until the crystals dissolve ... 5 minutes tops] fresh juicey limes, at least one half of a large with the skins on. you need to muddle it which means put the limes and the mint in the bottom of the glass and mush it up until you can smell it very strongly, add ice and rum and some syrup, top it with club soda. I love them and make them often.

rum, sugar, mint, lime and sugar cane juice is the best but I have had raspberry one that was pretty good.

Check out this website. I find a lot of good recipes on it. I haven't found one that hasn't tasted good yet.

Mojitos are my favourite - but I usually find they never come out as well when you make them at home!

I pound a few wedges of lime, with a good handful of mint leaves, about a dessert spoon of brown sugar (depending how sweet you like it) and a little rum. Then add some ice cubes, some more rum and some soda. Dont strain out the lime or the mint - its good with it in it.

try the bacardi website. they have different flavors too.
