How do you find out how much Fizz (C02) is in a pop can or bottle?

You mean one that has been opened? Well a can you could swirl it slightly and put your ear and listen for bubbles. A bottle, (plastic) you could squeeze it if firm without shaking tehn your good, if it is flimsy then shake slightly if bottle firms up and you see lots of bubbles it is still ok. Be sure you let bubbles subside befoe opening though and you open slowly, otherwize all that Fizz will be on your counter and floor :)
put a baloon over the top of the open container - and shake the FIZZZZ out of it!!!!!!!!
