The first MIGHT be a regular iced tea, since it's shown with a wedge of lemon (Long Island Iced Teas don't, usually), the second is definitely a margarita, on the rocks with salt.
The first looks like a Long Island Iced Tea and the second looks like a margarita. Both are alcoholic.
