Green tea margarita?!
Answers: Anyone tried making one yet? Been told that they come out best when you make green tea ice cubes and just toss 'em in the 'rita.
Yup, tried it. However, I like using liquid green tea with a touch of honey and any silver anejo tequila. Something like a Patron or Don Julio on the high end. Then I typically use a lemon juice, sugar, and water sour mix as opposed to lime based. Not a horrible drink if you like that kinda gig!
doesn;t sound good to me. i prefer to drink my green tea hot not mixed with alcohol.
Green tea doesn't belong with alcohol! My restaurant has a green tea martini that's the most god awful thing I've ever tasted! I steer anyone that orders it toward something else. I love green tea too!
