How do you make wine?!

Question:

How do you make wine?

Answers:
My 80 year old neighbor likes to make home made wine for us and this is what he does:

You need a very large, old fashioned glass cider jug,
(3-5 gallon size), 2 cans frozen grape juice concentrate, 2 cups of sugar, and 2 pkgs of dry active yeast. Mix all of the ingredients and fill the jug a little more than half way with water. Next, you need to duct tape a very large balloon to the opening of the jug. While the mix is fermenting over the next 4-6 weeks, the balloon will inflate. Don't let it come off of the jug. After the balloon deflates, your wine is ready. He keeps the jug in a cool, dark place like a closet in the basement. When it is ready, he then strains the wine and fills old wine bottles. The best bottles to use are the cheap ones that have screw tops. Good Luck!
