Buying cigs from europe?!

Question:

Buying cigs from europe?

In my state, cigarettes when up $1 per pack. I've been reading about people buying them for a much cheaper price from europe. I've read that the state you live in will send you a bill for the taxes on them. My question is how do they know that you ordered them? There are so many places to buy them online. I thought maybe if you order a lot, but what if you just buy a carton or two per month? I haven't done it yet because I'm scared I will get a bill for the taxes.

lets not get that desperate

I just bought 2 cartons of camels from an online site that sends them from Europe for only $34.56
If you're afraid to pay for them w/ your credit card bc of taxes, just go buy a Visa giftcard...they're good wherever Visa is, and since it's a giftcard, they're not gonna know who really bought the cigs.
