What precautions u take to keep yourself feat if you are a regular alcholic (party lover)?!
Answers: my friends face look big the next morning when he consume at night., is their any thing that could help him to reduce this swollen face?
i think diuretics could be of help in getting reed of excess fluids in the body. he also needs to change the type of drink,from beer or whiskey to vodaka or gin and vice versa.
do not get accustomed to one set of drink.
Alcoholics are never fit. Tell your friend he's going to kill himself, maybe he'll reconsider the amount of alcohol he consumes. Good luck, he probably won't listen to you.
Tell him to wrap his face in a cold wet towel and relax. I like to have a ice cold Diet Coke and 2 Tylenol. Move slow and don't drink too much liquids the next morning. Maybe some toast. Eye drops are good too if his eyes are bloodshot. Tell him not to drink so much next time.
he is on the path to a shorter life. see if he will go to AAA or get some help. drinking is taking away life making it shorter. maybe get a book for him with pictures of what the stomach looks like after drinking for a long time. it may be some help.
