Question: they did.I have been making my own beer & just accidently let some age for several months & it taste 150% better than any of the commerical beers. But when i let it age abt 4 weeks it taste like commerical beer which is not aged very long but has been pasturized. This is what i call green beer bc it has not been aged & it doesn't taste as good.

Were you making lager or ale? Ale should be aged 5 weeks -- lager 7-- ale would NOT be better if aged longer.
