How much liquor do I need for a small cocktail party?!
I'm thinking that there'll be anywhere from 10-20 people (I know, it's pretty broad). I think I'll just estimate 15 people.
So. For 15 people, how much liquor should I buy? I'm not trying to get too fancy with the cocktails (in fact, I could use some suggestions about what drinks to serve!!), the norms like vodka and rum are good bets.
HELP?
Answers: I'm having a cocktail party--nothing too fancy--with some friends from college. However, I'm not sure how much liquor I need. I think I'm going to avoid beer unless people want to bring their own (we ARE college students after all, lol).

buy a 40 of vodka and a 26 of rum, rye and gin, have plenty of ice on hand and mixes for the basic drinks like pepsi, 7up, cranberry juice, o.j. and so on, also if you serve beer serve an imported one like heinekin or corona. if you want to make shots go with coconut rum and cranberry jello shots they are dee-licious! stick with the basics and if someone wants something different tell them to bring their own after all you are a student and not made of money.
if you buy cheap vodka, a half gallon is 13 dollars.
so you could get like 3. one usualy gets 3 to 5 people buzzed/drunk.
and you could make shirley temples.
i like mixing vodka with cherry 7up its delicious haha.
you could make daquiris if you want to spend time making them.
rum and coke is always good.
Rum and cokes always get the job done. If not Strawberry Daquiris are cool too.
1 Liter of Bicardi white
3 2liter coca cola
2 daquiri mix
10lb bag of ice.
enjoy
a lot brother
How small are the c*cks tails?
You need about 10-15 fifths then... if you are a college student like I was a college student.
