Anyone Drink Kambucha.....How do you open?!


Question: How in the heez do you open it? It Always takes me about 10 minutes to open it, if I want to avoid a Huge fizzy explosion! Its really quite shocking that it can fizz that long and threaten to overflow. No drink I have ever seen has ever done this for that long.

I think we have a record here. SO what do you do? Let it over flow? Drink the fizz till its stops? Or wait it out?
