How much intoxication is possible?!

Question:

How much intoxication is possible?

If a person puts maybe half a tablespoon of pure vanilla extract (about 35% alcohol I believe) into a drink, is there enough alcohol to make any difference? What about the same amount of orange extract (90%)?

Answers:
In both cases, no. You would have to drink pretty much the whole bottle of extract to feel any effect, and only then if you could keep from throwing it back up. Pure extracts are pretty vile things by themselves.

no it wont matter jack d is 35% i think and 1 shot is more than a tablespoon and i dont know anyone that got drunk off of one shot

No. A shot of Liquor (say, vodka) is about 40-50% alcohol (shot is 1.5oz) you'd half to drink at least 2 shots of extract to get the same effect as 1 shot of vodka. If you feel like trying it, go for it! But it would make you sick from the taste.
