That is gonna be one kick-u-in-the-face white russian. If you want to experiment, use about a third of the everclear as you would vodka. I don't think it will taste as good.

everclear is too abrasive and should only be used to fortify punches and other drinks mixed with fruit and milk
I can guarantee you that an everclear white russian would taste awful. Stick with vodka.
