What would happen if you injected alcohol into your vein?
i would never ever do it lol...im just curious. how much would it take to get drunk...im guessing not a lot since its going straight into your blood stream?

try drinking pure alcohol!!! ha!
just a minute amount will kill u, and a small air bubble in the alcohol during injection will kill u in no time.... painfully too

It would probably burn like crazy. I remember cutting my hand once while picking corn from my garden and I poured rubbing alcohol on it to clean the cut, and I used a good amount of swear words.
Besides stinging something fierce, depending upon the amount and concentration of alcohol some different things could happen. It could range from intoxicated faster to dead. The worst would be injecting high content alcohol like everclear. It is so high of content it would probably start attacking fat inside the body. Not in the good way like weight loss but the bad way like death.
I like your question, I once asked it in a Chemistry class just for academic purposes (not that I really wanted to) and I got one strange look and no answer.
