Answers: Ok I got a Strawberry Daquiri tonight and we told the person waiting us No Alcohol! because i am only 16...Well i got the drink and it tasted a bit off and strong (but i have never had a daquiri before) it was a large drink...i think they put alcohol in it because i am starting to get a headache. What would you have done? because at the time i couldnt tell.

No worries chick,, it was one drink , ,take an asprin and call it a night, its not gonna hurt you, but u know its wrong and u dont seem like the kind of person that wants to rush into drinking cuz your concerned and u dont need the alcohol program,, so u knew and its over,, lesson learnt, dont stress over the small stuff,, now if u have 3 or 4 of them and was on your butt then someone could of been arrested and im not talking about you! 21 is the drinking law and specially in a public place they could be shut down and fined, but maybe she didnt hear you,, or maybe someone else made the drink while she was waiting the tables,, who knows,, but dont worry about it. Just next time speak up and say a Virgin Strawberry Daquiri please,,,thats what u call a drink with no alcohol!! take care and get some sleep,,, its all good x0x0x0

if you felt strongly against drinking ,i would have returned it to the waiter and ask for a new one. just drink plenty of water and take some Tylenol and get some sleep you will be fine.

You should have asked the waiter when he/she gave you the drink.."this is non-alcoholic right?" Maybe he/she did not hear you, or forgot...like if you look older or with older people.
well now that you already drank it just go to sleep u will feel better n the morn

If you've never had a "real" drink and you didn't get looped, then, no harm no foul.
The head ache could be caused by just wondering if you were served an alcoholic drink.
Hmm... it could be psychological. that you're reacting to the possibility of being serverd alcohol when you specifically asked for no alcohol.
a non-alcoholic daiquiri... next time ask first if it's non-alcoholic before ordering =)
and to answer the other guy's question, a daiquiri isn't a fruit. it's a cocktail whose main ingredients are rum and lime juice
Did U drink the whole thing? The headache may have been from the cocktail mix they used (artificial strawberry flavoring & other ingredients in the mix) & not necessarily from the alcohol (which U aren't sure if it was in the drink or not). Also, if you were in a club with loud music, the headache could have been caused by the constant throb of the beat.
What would I have done? If it tasted "funny" then I wouldn't have finished it, but brought the "taste" issue up with the server. Take a couple aspirin/tylenol/aceteminophin with water and you'll be fine in the morning.
