How do I make wine in large quantities?!

Question:

How do I make wine in large quantities?

Answers:
Use large quantities of ingredients in large containers.

Start by learning how to make wine in small quantities (5 gallon batches) and then simply scale it up to the size batches you want to make. You have to walk before you can run.

Get a couple hundred buckets of grape juice and let it ferment for oh, say...80 years. Then you'll have a shitload of good wine & you can sell it.

I am reasonably confident you may have made some small quan. of wine 1 gal to 5 gal. If so and if you were pleased with the results. then you can proportionately increase the quan. depending on what you have for containers. I have a friend who makes 100 gal at a time using 5 gal jugs, he finds it easier to handle, and has great success. He can experiment with how much he wants to sweeten and can do so in 25 bottle lots.

If you are thinking about aging before bottling and you are willing to spend the money for a keg or barrel and have a place to store same, go for it.
