I feel like drinking tonight, probably by myself. Is that OK?!

Question: If you're going to drink, just one glass of wine or whatever for pleasures sake that is fine but when u start throwing them down by the hour after hour that is not okay.

I used to drink at home (alone) often and it became pretty depressing, u don't want to do it. I missed out of a lot of opportunities because of my obsession over drinking. Now I keep it to one or two glasses or beer a night. Don't even let yourself get into a bad habit.

Does it matter what we think? Drink away. Just don't drive afterwards.

I sure hope so because I just bought a bottle of wine that Im gonna crack open all by my lonesome and take a bath while drinking.

If you're not sure about the answer, you're probably too young to be doing it.

Haha, I don't see why our opinion matters but sure.

Yeah why the hell not. Just don't make a habit of it.

its your thing do what you want do

Why bother asking? Alcoholics almost all look for some form of enablement and I'm not going to give it.

If you "feel" like it, and dont care that you'll be alone, then you have a drinking problem or an emotional problem. Boom, there, no enablement.

(And yes, I do believe some people can be capable of drinking some wine by themselves at night and not be having "problems" but this doesnt sound like the case, because those types of people dont go around looking for enablers)

Go for it

get **** faced, stay at home and listen to music...in the dark. it's not depression if your not depressed to begin with

I do it nearly every night & enjoy it do the same happy days
