I tried making a mini beer can submarine once but but it looked terrible and sunk. Probably because I built it immediately after drinking the beers.
My uncle makes little airplanes from them to hang above bars as a little decoration. They look pretty interesting, especially if you use the Leinekugels ones and cut around the indian head and fold it up to make it look like the indian is flyign the beer can plane.
With the amount I drink a masion in about a month

Ah Stormy K, the options are endless ! start off with something simple, then gradually move up from there, its not easy but never give up !!!
I would suggest a dog house to start and experiment how to glue it together.
I have seen several on the TV including one from beer bottles.
some friends an i cut the tops an bottoms off the can unrolled the aluminum cans, an made wall paper out of them. it was a magnificent achievement.
