Does anyone know the recipe for Lotta Colada Pina Coladas from Red Lobster?

COLADA LOTTA
7 c. ice, crushed
3 c. pineapple, cubed
2 3/4 c. pineapple juice
15 oz. can cream of coconut
1/4 c. half & half
1 1/2 c. 80 proof rum
Shredded coconut
3-4 oz. rum
Combine first 5 ingredients in blender and mix well about 3 minutes. Add rum and blend 1 minute longer. Rim glasses with rum and dip in coconut. Pour in colada.
At Red Lobster they use Malibu Coconut Rum, a colada mix, and shaved ice mixed altogether. Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum comes in a sidecar. It's served in the big glass with the sidecar on the side, with a pineapple wedged and a speared cherry.
