Do you drink alcohol a lot and not have a big belly?!

Question: How?

Answers: How?

i drink more than twice a week we'll say just so i dont sound like an alcoholic here haha and i'm 5'5 120lb b/c i enjoy drinking i just cut out other things like horrible eating like i dont do those late night after the bar closes outtings to IHOP or some fast food place like a lot of other people do. if you enjoy drinking alot and dont want the weight gain then you just need to even out other habits in your life like work out more and eat better so the drinking doesnt effect your body...or at least thats whats worked for me i work out and eat better

probably work out like 4 times a week

Dance while you drink. Party. Club.. ya know.

I'm not some alcoholic redneck, so I only drink either sparingly at a dinner or another event or I drink a ton while out clubbing. The former isn't many calories and the latter is made up for by dancing etc.

I drink about 3-6 beers a night. Have done for last 10 years almost. I dont have a 6pack but Im in good shape. (83kgs) 6 foot. 27 years old. I think its down to a bit of excersise & not over eating regulary. Its not hard.

DANCE!!!...drink "low-cal" drinks.
My preference= vodka+ cranberry= basically NO fat, and low cal.

If beer is your thing, then go for the ultra-light variety.....You can do searches online to see the fat/calorie count of any beverage. The sweeter the drink is, usually the greater sugar content it has, (not including beer). If you mix something with coke, choose diet colas as a mixer.

EXERCISE, and eating right are the key!....AND staying away from 2 am Taco Bell runs or 3 am breakfasts AFTER drinking! ;-)

theres actually no fat in beer or any type of alcohol unless it contains dairy products like some sort of malt beverage...most people who get beer guts get them from the lifestyle beer creates eating pizza and chickenwings at 3 AM and reapeating every night..Cheers lol
