What are some low-cal alcoholic beverages?!

Question: Unfortunately anything alcohol is high in calories. Actually alcohol has 7 calories per gram, vs. 4 per gram for carbohydrates and protein and 9 calories per gram of fat. Even light beers, though they are light in carbs, have plenty of calories.

Soo...I drink rum and diet coke. Low-er in calories, at least.

vodka and soda water with lime. diet redbull and vodka. bloody mary. any light beer. bacardi and diet coke. jack and diet coke. regular martini's, like gin or vodka martini's. scotch and water(yuck)

There is the traditional bacardi and Diet. obviously anything with diet coke will be better than regular. light beers also have fewer calories than regular(not to mention a lighter taste, and sit lighter on your stomach) when it comes to mixed drinks however just remember the sweeter/cramier the more calories so instead of ordering an appletini order a traditional vodka martini(dirty if you want some flavor)

Alcohol is fermented sugar. There is no such thing as low-cal
alcohol anything. That is why alcoholics have swollen bodies and beer bellies.
When alcoholics begin to get thin it is because their internal organs are failing and they stop eating.

As far as I know all alcohol has calories. It is what you mix with the alcohol. You have to mix with sugar free, fat free & lite mixers. Fruit juices have calories too. Bloody Mary mix is fairly low in calories.

hard lemonade or Smirnoff these are light alcoholic drinks for anytime but if your going for something stronger then a little hennesey with some diet redbull, just lay off the jello shots!

Absolute on the rocks!

The lowest alcoholic beverages are the white spirits ..They don't contain artificial coloring's , or additives they are pure alcohol and none fattening ...Hope it helps .
