How do you make margaritas?!

Question: and pina coladas??

Answers: and pina coladas??

Pina coladas are simple. Rum, ice and pina colada mix in a blender.
Margaritas are trickier, because of so many variations. Basic recipe goes like this:
2 1/2oz tequila
1 oz triple sec
sweet n sour
splash Rose's lime (or squeeze 1/2 a fresh lime )
Too many different ways to make them, but that's a good one to start with.

Margarita- 1oz of Tequila - 1/2 oz of Triple Sec - 1/2 Lime Juice (Do yourself a favor and buy Limes and squeeze the juice, it will taste much better) -fill with Sour mix (which you can buy or make) shake and garnish with a lime and optional salt.

Pina Coloda - 1oz of rum (Spiced or not) - add pina coloda mix - blend. Add pineapple garnish.

Of course feel free to add more alcohol

Pina coladas buy mix and add alcohol.
margaritas, triple sec, tequila and mixer over ice.
easy way also buy mix, some already have alcohol in

here is the recipe for my favorite Margarita- Bahama mama blue Margarita.

6 ounces tequila
4 ounces blue curacao
4 ounces sour mix
Ice

Directions:

Pour the ingredients (except the ice) into your blender and blend for about 10 seconds. Then, throw in a handful of ice and blend for another 30 seconds.
and here is one for pina coladas
2 ripe bananas, peeled and chopped into chunks
18 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice
4 ounces sweetened coconut milk
4 ounces rum
2 cups ice
1/4 cup coconut

1. Put banana and pineapple juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Add Coconut milk, rum and ice.
3. Blend until it is the consistency of a slush.
4. Sprinkle with coconut and drink.

My margarita recipe.

Need - 16oz beer glass, 1.5 oz shot glass, stainless shaker that the beer glass will fit in to form a seal, salt rimmed margarita glass if you feel the need for the official glass.

Tequila - Jose Cuervo Tradicional is my tookillya of choice for margaritas.
triple-sec
any margarita mix.

Fill beer glass to the top with crushed/chipped ice (not slush or cubes).

Pour in 2 1.5oz shots tequila
1 1.5 oz triple-sec
top off with margarita mix, if you've done this right you won't need much margarita mix (less than 1.5oz).
shake
pour into margarita glass or just drink out of the beer glass it was made it.

The main thing you need to know is that margarita's are 1 1/2 oz alcohol, the lime, and a garnish if you choose.(cherry's, orange and a cherry etc..) For instance, a regular margarita is 1 oz Tequila, 1/2 oz triple sec, 1/2 oz Rose's lime juice, and 1 oz sweet and sour mix.
