Where can I find Carling beer in Chicago?!

Don't know if it's available in Chicago. Did you check Sam's Wine and Spirits?
Apparently you can find it in Indiana, Wisconsin and Michigan.

Personally, I visited England 2 years ago and fell in love with Carling. I've looked ALL over the US (Arizona, Missouri, Georgia, North Carolina, Florida...) and I haven't found a place that sells Carling.

Carling is a brew that was bought up by Coors, but I think they only sell it in Europe. Sorry, mate.
