I think it has too "flowery" a flavor.
I just started a gallon of cider for about $5 in my kitchen. It will be dry, not sweet, and ready in about 2-3 weeks. If you make it yourself, you can make it as dry or as sweet as you want.
Cider is the easiest "homebrew" you could possibly make and I suggest everyone who enjoys cider try it al least once.

i dont.. it gives a headache and it tastes like applejuice.

It is by far my favorite Cider. I find American brands too sweet, even the 'dry' varieties.

I've liked it since over a year ago when i was studying abroad in London. The reason it's getting more expensive is simple: the U.S. dollar is going down against the U.K. pound. It's been decreasing in value against the pound for years now.

Love is a strong word... I like it. It is one of the best Ciders I've come across.

The price of all things alcohol related are going up. In fact the price of all things agricultural are going up. First you have the increased price of corn thank to some idiot pushing e85 ethanol as an alternative fuel source... Did you know it takes 3 gallons of fossil fuel gas to make 4 gallons of e85? Losing battle if you ask me. Because of the increased desire for corn there is less and less space available for barley, hops and even apples. Add onto that the increased cost of oil/gas needed to ship your Strongbow to stores not to mention the brewing process requires the expenditure of fuel...

Well... long story short the consumer ends up paying for Al Gore's short sightedness when it comes to alternative fuel sources.

I agree with Wundt--American ciders are way too sweet! Strongbow is one of the best you can commonly find in bars in the U.S. But if you think it's good--and expensive!--look for Aspall Dry Cyder. It's heavenly, but not cheap!
