I don't know what vitamins it removes, but if you eat before you go to bed, then you can avoid weakness and hangover. Something with lots of protein in it is best.
too much beer makes my week, but if it makes you WEAK, & you eat enough, then your alcohol tolerance or sugar levels are being affected. alcohol thins the blood & decreases your blood sugar levels (cause of hang-overs)
Alcohol is a diuretic. That means it causes u to urinate a lot more than usual. And that causes dehydration very quickly if u don't drink water at the same time. The vitamin that it depletes is the B group vitamins. If ur going to have a few drinks, it's a good idea to drink water before u do so and also take a vitamin B tablet. Oh, and don't forget to drink on a full stomach. The food will absorb some of the alcohol and u won't get drunk so fast.
