I've looked on Ebay! Where else on-line can you BUY a Vodka Distiller?

They are illegal in the US, and they are called stills, there are different types of stills though the simplist type is the pot still, the more complicated and more efficient type is called a reflux still. It is really pretty simple to set up and produce alcohol, but it takes a lot to produce good vodka.
It is way too much trouble for the average person, by the time you set up everything it would be cheaper to buy it than make it, unless you do it on a large scale

They're illegal but you can build one. They're extremely dangerous.
Here in the US it requires a permit from the ATF to own a still even for the purpose of distilling water or fuel (ethanol for your car) let alone the licensing requirements for making booze. The same piece of equipment does all three.
What is really funny is, the permit is cheap if you sign a paper promising that any ethanol you produce is not going to be consumed as booze but will only be used for fuel.
