Do they kick you out of a bar if you're sick?!

Question: I know this question is kind of stupid, but I'm wondering because my 21st birthday is saturday, and I'm having a party at a resturant, and after eating dinner I'm going to the bar. I want to have fun and drink a few drinks, but I'm scared of getting kicked out of the place if I end up sick... I'm not planning on drinking a TON...but I don't know what's going to happen.

not typically..depending on how tightly wound the bouncers are at the bar. but as long as your not falling all over people and puking all over the floor you should be fine...and normally on bdays they are pretty easy going!! just make sure you have someone to drive you and watch out for you!! Happy 21st!!!!

No, only if you get drunk and belligerent.

no not usually AS LONG AS u make it to the bathroom

They can kick you out whenever. Just don't act all fucked up.

would you want to hang out at a bar with some drunk vomitting everywhere? don't think so.

well, if you get sick on the bar....you're out and probably not coming back ever........but they usually don't know what one does in the toilet.

Just be sick in the toilet if you are...
If not, they will more than likely kick you out.
I got kicked in Amsterdam years ago after a heavy drinking session, then an "amsterdam cigarette" made me throw up everywhere. One foot, up one ars*, me was partying no more...

I was drinking at club Trinity and then I felt really sick and started throwing up in a trash can. One of the bouncers, I guess he's called, came over and helped me to the exit. He was really nice, just gave me a bottle of water and said have a good night. But yea, clubs don't want people throwing up all over the place so they'd probably kindly escort you out if you'd be a nusiance to other customers.

Well I guess if you throw up everywhere then they may ask you to leave but not if your drunk and having some fun. Also only if you get out of hand or something otherwise no. :)

start drinking water not to get you well hydrated.
eat a good meal earlier in the day so if you do not eat as mush at dinner you will still be OK.
and if you are to drunk to than have a person there not drinking who will take care of you.
someone who will not let you dance on the bar if the mood hits you.......
happy birthday

By law, bars have to stop serving you if you are obviously intoxicated. Throwing up from drinking too much is usually an obvious sign. And the easiest way to make sure you don't drink any more is to kick you out (otherwise you could just have a friend buy you drinks).

Here's a game plan for you to have a good time but not embarrass yourself.
1. Make sure you drink plenty of water through out the day. One of the worst side effects of alcohol is dehydration. It's also a major part of a hang over.
2. Eat before you go out, but don't have a huge meal.
3. Pace yourself. Try to limit yourself to no more than 1 drink every 30 minutes and opt for something you can sip rather than something to shoot.
4. Try drinking water throughout the night. Again, this will help prevent dehydration and it will help flush the alcohol through your system faster.
5. Make sure you are with some people you can trust, preferably at least one who will remain sober (see below).
6. Make sure you have a designated driver or call a cab. Maybe call the cab company before hand to get an idea of the fare and have their number programmed in your cell.

The reason I say you need to be with people you trust is so you can make sure you're safe if you drink too much and lose control. On New Year's Eve I was at a bar and at the end of the night there was a woman who could hardly stand. As far as I could tell she didn't have anyone with her besides a drunk girlfriend. Someone like that is an easy target for being raped, robbed, or something worse. I saw she needed help and I helped her home, but who knows what someone else might have done.

it depends in the state that u are. every state has its own regulation.
if you get sick and are alone they would call a ambulance or a cab.

No, they'll keep you there (if necessary using force) to clean up the mess you made.
